  • Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philipine, Brunei, Hong Kong and Korea.

  • What do I do if my package or product is damaged during shipment?

    On delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Singapore: We aim to deliver the items to you within 2 – 4 working days from the date you order.

  • Can I request a specific delivery time?

    For Singapore deliveries, you can select the following time-slots at check out: 9-2pm, 2-6pm or 6-10pm. Our drivers will also contact you prior to their arrival.

  • Will you contact me prior to delivery?

    Our driver will contact you via sms/call 30-60 minutes before arrival and will call you upon arrival.

  • What is the return and exchange policy?

    For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7-day return policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

    • o Item must be in its original purchase condition. All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
    • o Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
